We currently accept orders for UK delivery addresses only. Free DPD delivery is included for UK mainland addresses. For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or UK islands, please email enquiries@azuspirits.co.uk before ordering to check delivery arrangements and timings.
Please allow one working day for dispatch, then two delivery days. We dispatch Monday to Friday, and count delivery days Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend are estimated to dispatch on Monday.
The arrival date shown on our product pages and in your cart is an estimate, rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Bank holidays, courier delays and delivery location may affect timings.

We will provide a tracking link for your parcel. In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
If you would like to return your order, please email us with the reason for the return. We will send a return label and issue a refund once we have received the item. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, with proof of damage. We will send a replacement free of charge.
