The village of Ilmington is long renowned for its cider and old apple trees. Keeping to tradition, the Grumpy Frog company began making cider in 2014 after noticing how many apples were left to rot. Homeowners found a way to get rid of apples falling on their lawns, so every autumn locals will bring a bag of apples to the cidery for the team to start making cider ready for the new year.
