Crafted in the iconic Camden Market in the heart of London, Half Hitch Gin celebrates Camden’s rich trade history with an unusual selection of botanicals from around the world including black tea, bergamot, wood, hay and pepper. The distillery is named after the strong rope knot used to moor up barges along Camden Lock during the industrial era.

 

We find this spicy and aromatic. Old wood, grape skins, spices, cracked black pepper and juniper.
