Influenced by the flower rich grasslands and woodlands in the Cotswolds, founder Barney Wilzak and his family and friends have created a selection of exquisite craft spirits using a variety of local fruits and botanicals. Creating not only a premium gin showcased here, the distillery also makes a mulberry barrel-aged gin and a selection of fruit distilled spirits, Eux de Vie.
Bright peach, orange and citrus on the nose with herbs, cloves and cardamom. Pine and orange, floral with honeysuckle and berries. Bright juniper and spice lasting on the finish.
