Distilled, bottled, waxed and labelled in their small distillery in Bath, Sue began by making her own herbal tinctures and drinks, and with her background in science she then taught herself to distil, experimenting with a number of botanicals and distilling techniques before setting on the recipe and process to make No.1 Gin.
