To make the perfect Negroni (generally served over ice but can be served in a chilled martini glass if you prefer). Pour equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass with ice (optionally add a few dashes of orange bitters). Mix and strain, and garnish with an orange twist. Voila!
