Popular in a Mojito, muddle lime juice, mint leaves and sugar syrup in the bottom of a glass. Add ice, 50ml of Bacardi, adding more lime and mint leaves as you go. Stir, add crushed ice and top up with soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
