Rich and wonderfully complex. Distilled with 34 botanicals that have either been macerated or suspended above to gently release aromas through the rising steam.

The unique apple spirit distilled from their Grumpy Frog cider is then infused with juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root & orange peel.

Reminiscent of the English countryside, three traditional British berries - Blackberry, Bilberry, Sloeberry - combine with juniper and supporting botanicals to create a flavourful berried gin.

Made in collaboration with the University of Oxford’s extraordinary Botanic Garden, the oldest of its kind in the country. Distilled with 25 botanicals, many of them grown and foraged from the garden, it's rich, flavourful and earthy.

Made using champagne-blend grape skins from the distillery's local Dryhill Vineyard, along with whole slices of fresh lemon, this has a subtle hint of the French 75 cocktail. Zesty, floral with rich grape.

Using hand-picked lime flowers from Bath alongside eight other carefully chosen botanicals, this herbaceous, full-bodied gin is made in a Kothe Copper Still in 30 litre batches to assure the best quality.
