Exceptionally smooth, the still used in production was designed and hand-built by the Müller family, who have been making stills for generations.

Paying homage to the historic maritime town of Dartmouth, the distillery on the Calancombe Estate produces a well-balanced and aromatic gin with citrus, spice, floral notes and sweetness. Their Müller copper pot still gives them precise control throughout the production of their spirit and includes a vapour infusion chamber to capture the more delicate flavours.

 

Bright juniper, lavender, citrus and warming spice. Full flavoured but smooth. Creamy in texture, dry with cardamom spice and sweet liquorice.
