From Jerry Thomas’ Bartending Guide of 1862, this has survived the test of time and is always popular at our events. The crushed ice in this cocktail is crucial for the refreshing fruity taste, and it serves well as a pitcher for groups. Contains Appleton Estate Rum, Dry Curacao, Raspberry Syrup. Port & Lemon Juice

Cosmopolitan

We include Edmond Briottet’s Liqueur du Cranberry for a delicious twist to the popular Cosmo. With flamed orange oils, Saint George Citron Vodka and Pierre Ferrand’s Dry Curacao, it’s quite simply delicious.

The Black Blazer

For a fiery chocolate orange nightcap, try the unusual Black Blazer. Contains Appleton Estate Rum, Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur, White Choc Syrup, Orange Bitters and a block of milk chocolate. Blazed and served warm.

How many people can join an event?

Our tasting experiences are fully flexible — perfect for small private groups of 6, through to dynamic corporate events with over 100 guests. Each table receives a set of numbered sharing bottles, tasting notes, and a wax-sealed envelope to complete the experience. Our expert hosts introduce the event and circulate between tables, ensuring every group enjoys a personal, guided journey through the spirits. This interactive format creates a fantastic networking opportunity too, as guests work together to identify the six spirits — sparking conversation, laughter, and collaboration.

Can you create a bespoke tasting experience?

Absolutely. We regularly design custom menus and themes, from rare or tailored whisky flights to local gin explorations.
