We are the first to curate a unique blind tasting experience designed as an engaging and entertaining way to explore premium spirits. Due to our fascination with spirits, luxurious social experiences and interesting cocktails, we can advise and supply a range of quality tequilas, rums, craft gins, single malt whiskies and vodkas alongside liqueurs, cocktail ingredients and recipes perfect for your party.
We can offer discounts for larger orders and source a wider range of spirits, local beers and wines than listed on our website. A fully bespoke service, simply email us with a list, the event date and any additional requirements.
‘Azu’ is an ancient Sumerian word for a physician, translated as ‘the one who knows water’. We celebrate the expert craft of making spirits, delve deep into the stories, roots of flavour and mastery of distillation and mixology in our blind tasting experiences and cocktail masterclasses.

Azu Spirits is an independent company and we choose whichever brands best capture the diversity to be found in premium single malt whiskies, regional craft gins and non-alcoholic spirits.
Sharing Boxes
Our sharing boxes include six generous 100ml bottles so you can set up the blind tasting experience at home with friends. The only tasting set designed for sharing, there’s plenty to share between four to six people.
We collaborate with premium venues, chefs and creative businesses to create unique sensory events exploring how aromas and flavours have been created by the art and craft of master distillers and expert mixologists.
