Botanicals like wormwood, rue and sweet woodruff from the botanical garden bring a unique and complex flavour. The gin base, like all their spirits, is made from organic heritage grain grown less than 50 miles from the distillery.

 

Notes of bay and sweet juniper. Herbaceous and savoury with warming cinnamon, nutmeg and chilli spice.
